Smile whitening merchandise is now quite a visible product line on the chemist’s shelves, as there is now an increased demand for whiter teeth. With so many products being sold, it is no surprise that some people have become wary about manufacturer’s claims of visibly whiter teeth after using them. In order to confirm that they are not talking balderdash, you have to check the ingredients on the back of the labels. If a bleaching agent like hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide is listed, then they are not leading you on. Your teeth will become whiter, no doubt about it. The question now lies on how quickly it’s going to happen, and this will depend on the intensity of the bleaching agent used and frequency of application.
