Sciatic Leg Pain
Sciatic pain can range from mild to severe, most people with sciatic leg pain only want to know one thing, and that’s how to heal sciatic leg pains. The simplest way of healing sciatic pain is to rest, unfortunately the resting method does not work for most people suffering from sciatica. If resting does not work you can try applying ice or heat to the affected area, massage, or pain relievers. Stretching can also be helpful, but only easy stretches, be careful not to over exert yourself. If none of the previously mentioned remedies work, you may also want to try physical therapy, which would involve simple exercises for your legs and lower back that won’t over exert your muscles.
