Change Your Life In 10 Minutes

Finding ways to make it work. That is what you will do if you want to train, exercise, workout, what ever way you want to put it.  You say that you do not have the time.  I say that you do not value your health.  If you do just 10 minutes of moderate, to intense physical exercise every day it adds up, and it produces results.  There are absolutely no excuses that you make not to do this.  You are only fooling yourself if you have allowed yourself to rationalize this ridiculous excuse. Exercise will change your life.

Being too tired is another excuse that people make all of the time. Have you ever stopped to think that maybe if you exercised more that you would have more energy?  You have to adopt the mindset that it does not matter if you are tired or not.  You are going to get in that 10 minutes of exercise.  So what if there are days when you are not able to go as hard as the day before. This is when you do what you can. Again, you can make drastic changes if you do this small amount of exercise.  Work your way up to a challenging outdoor workout.

Not knowing how to exercise is a big one too.  If you are physically able to walk then you already know how to exercise.  If you went to school and you had gym class you already know how to exercise.  Stop messing around, and trying to complicate things so you do not have to feel guilty about being lazy, and not exercising.
